My baby broke me today…

We have a 9 week old daughter, who is in full blown Leap 2 mode (we follow Wonder Years). For the past two days she falls asleep in my arms and the min I put her down she starts screaming. She refuses to sleep anywhere but a dark room (she gets serious FOMO).

I’m broken physically and mentally. My back is in so much pain, my patience is shot and I have no one to call for help.

I love my daughter, but damn, anyone else breaking down? Any tricks to help both baby and me during these rough times?
