No. And maybe this is just my bank, but I am not able to screenshot my app. It immediately logs me out. I would not trust him until he sends the money but I would not ever send money to him.

It may be.  I have 3 Captial One accounts but my layout looks slightly different when I go in the app.  
If he wants to send you money have him send it to a zelle or venmo account.  Don't give him your actual bank info like your routing and account numbers.

Whether this looks legit or not idk but I will say I’ve had multiplie sugar daddies who sent me real money and lots of scam artists I ran into trying to find a sugar daddy. 
The sugar daddies who actually sent me real money, never bragged about money or showed me their accounts. 
They gave me cash, gift cards, or sent me money on Venmo/PayPal/cash app.
No one ever needs your login/password to send you money!! They only need your cashtag/username.
I NEVER had to send them money first to “prove” anything. 
And lots of time they sent me money first. If they have real money and want to give it to me, $100 before we converse is nothing to them.
