So we had a dating ultrasound done yesterday because I’m pregnant and haven’t had a period in over 2 years (fertility treatments, pregnancy, nursing/pumping) I went back through all the possible conception dates and narrowed it down to 2 dates which would make us around 4w5d to 5w1d. Which is very early and we weren’t expecting to see much of anything, even though we did a transvaginal. However our tech was very vague when she starting seeing what looked like a second gestational sac, She said she couldn’t confirm either was the gestational sac, or possibly just bleeding. She didn’t point out anything inside the sacs and said since we are so early she doesn’t feel comfortable labeling anything yet. I had my hcg drawn after this appointment at it was at 2,678 which isn’t crazy high or anything. After we got home I was looking at other’s 5ish week scans and I think I see a yolk sac in at least one of the gestational sacs. It seems too perfectly circular to be just a shadow. Am I crazy (and just seeing what I want to) or do other people see that too?
