My fiancé and I have been ttc almost 3 years now..I just got my period back on track, I got a positive ovulation test on October 29th, we had sex on the 27th and then again on November 2nd, I had taken a few tests, all negative leading up to when I started spotting on the 16th at the end of the day, by next morning I was pouring blood so I assume I ovulated sometime between the 1st-3rd..so I should have caught it on time but it’s entirely likely that I have a blocked fallopian tube..I’m scheduling an hsg test soon but there’s zero other reason medically other than maybe my fiancés sperm count being low..but anyways..I start heavily bleeding as normal at start of my period and tests were negative so I put in a tampon and go about my day..we went to the library and out to eat and by time we got back maybe 2-3 hours later I switched out my tampon and found two somethings attached..I’ve had a miscarriage before and this wasn’t like that..in terms of cramping I was perfectly fine walking through the library and up and down stairs and ate and everything and the last time I was screaming in pain on the floor..I felt completely normal for first day of my period..so I figured it was maybe a cyst or fibroid or something passing because I’ve also been yoni steaming lately, but I’ve noticed since then I’m completely done cramping and even for a regular tampon (when I usually have to use supers) there’s blood on it sure but it’s day 2 of my period and it’s nowhere near as heavy as usual..last time I had a miscarriage also I bled heavily and continued to bleed for 6 weeks..the flow is just not giving what it usually gives so I’m confused

Yes I obviously slapped on some gloves and took hella pictures trying to figure out what it is..it came out of me I wasn’t scared to touch it😂and I was sanitary..
