What causes dizziness when you just wake up?

It’s been happening 2 days ago every morning. I open my eyes and the room is spinning a lot. I believe I have an underlying high blood pressure but, idk if it’s related to that.

It could also be Vertigo. I would make an appointment to see your doctor just to be on the safe side though, especially if you deal with high blood pressure.

Dehydration. Sleep disorders. Allergies. Virus. Depression. Anxiety. So many things can cause that… It’s best to talk to your doctor to try to figure it out.

Could also be low blood sugar or sleep deprivation. I’m up most of the night with small children and I wake up shaking with fatigue and am extremely dizzy and nauseous.
