Advice ladies ?

So I am 3 going on 4 months PP , & I’ve only did the do 1 time since having my baby which was last night . Last month my period came on the 20th but according to my app it’s supposed to come today . But it’s a no show . I do want to wait till the 20th and see what happens .. has any other ftm had any issues with period or irregular periods after having baby ?

Are you nursing/exclusively nursing? 
It’s super common to have irregular periods for awhile especially if nursing! Mine came back 6 weeks PP (exactly 4 weeks after my PP bleeding stopped) with my son (first baby)  and was pretty regular but I wasn’t EBF. For my second baby, I have been able to EBF her and my period came back at 9 weeks PP (6 weeks after PP bleeding stopped), and it was all over the place. It would come a week early, then 3 weeks late, then I’d skip a month…. It became mostly regular again when she was around 9 months old. She’s 13 months now. It really threw me for a loop thinking I was pregnant again whenever it came late… especially since we have sex typically every day and we’re back at it as soon as my PP bleeding stopped both times. So I was freaking out but no pregnancies so far. We are very careful tho.
