Cold sore or chapped lips?
I’ve had no tingling/itching. Yesterday my lips were super chapped/dry. This morning they appeared like this. When I smiled or opened my lips, it would bleed a bit almost like a small slit. I’ve been diagnosed with HSV1 but never experienced an ob. Ik this isn’t the right group but I wasn’t getting any advice.
