Do periods change when you turn 30??

Question

I turned 30 in July 23rd, my period would always come every 28-30 days
Now the past couple of months since I turned 30 my cycle is now 35ish days
I’m currently four days late, negative pregnancy test, no symptoms, just cramps and mild spotting that looks brownish. I know I’m stressed and anxious but I’ve also been like this before and this didn’t happened. 
Anyone noticed changes when you turned 30?

They definitely can change and not just at 30. Cycles and periods can change several times throughout your reproductive life.

Wait until your 40s. That bastard has a mind of its own. Mine has been playing peek a boo the last two cycles. I had COVID march 2020 it was all over the place 10,15,20 days late. 4 days early, o days early which gave me 2 cycles in one month. Hormonal changes, stress, anxiety, lack of sleep you name it, it messes with your cycle

Mine started to change when I hit my 30s. I used to have 5-6 days of bleeding but now it’s down to 3. 2nd day used to be the heaviest but now it’s the 1st. I guess our cycles really change when we age.
