Why is there no discharge?

Hi i had sex yesterday and whenever i seem to have sex i get really dry down there . No discharge in site the day after .  does anyone know why this is ?

There isn’t always going to be
Woman can be dryer due to hormones at certain times of the month 
Also BC can causes excessive dryness
