So I've been taking wieght loss pills was on My 2nd month and I had some problems with my birth control and I thought I had my cysts come back I had pcos I couldn't get pregnant back then so I was feeling cramping and no period now am on time always with the period but worried about taking the wieght loss pills it looks really faint and Day two missed period with my other two kids the day of my missed period it was a bit darker than this time but could it be a chemical pregnancy? I did have a false positive before when i would inject myself to ovulate which had hcg hormone but could it be a chemical pregnancy? And yes we do have sex other days I just forget to log. Anyone have a advice anything I don't know what a chemical pregnancy feels like so idk and really lost help anyone.
