Strong rize in LH 5 days AFTER ovulation

I ovulated on December 18th...my levels began to drop for the few days after ovulation then starting at 5dpo and still today at 9dpo I am experiencing veryyy dark positive opk results going on 5 days now.....what could this indicate? I have read that It could be related to early pregnancy...has anyone experienced this? Top test was my o day on Dec. 18th bottom 4 is what my crazy surge looks like.
