Unprotected sex with my ex during ovulation

Me & my ex had unprotected sex last weekend, 2 days before I ovulate!!!!. We already have an almost 3 year old together and have recently got back in contact after some time apart. Over the last month he’s been thoughtful, respectful and making a big effort and the communication has been consistent. Since we had sex he’s been distant and the communication is very hit and miss. Initially I tried not to take it personally because I know he’s soooooo stressed with work but anxiety is through the roof and my self esteem is really taking a hit. He’s meant to be seeing our daughter tomorrow, at my house and I don’t know how to be, do I tell him how I feel? Ignore it and see how it goes? Let him know he’s taking the piss? Grateful for any advice I feel so alone x
