Spotting 2 weeks after stopping the mini pill (desogetrel 75mg contains lactose monohydrate and soybean oil) and having a week heavy bleeding.

I have not been taken the pill for 2 weeks now and I had a very heavy bleed from the 7th November to the 13th November which I’m guessing was my normal period and now just been for a wee and I have light brown discharge or spotting when I wipe but no pain or period cramps no sore boobs or anything like that just got a headache and feeling a little sick that’s it nothing else. I had no sex since two weeks ago.
