Opk help
Yesterday I had a tvs on day 11 of my letrozole cycle and my report is as below with a dominant follicle of 21.5 mm average diameter. My obgyn recommended me to definitely bd last night. Today I have got this opk. Can I assume yesterday I had LH surge in my blood as they are detected in urine toady with strips. Can I assume I m ovulating today? Any guess? Thanks in advance ☺️
