I am reaching out to maybe get some more information and thoughts or suggestions on my situation right now. It’s a long story so I’m sorry for the long post!

The first day of my last period was 11/02/22. It lasted about 5 days. After I had been done with my period I started to get cramps in my lower back. Resembling menstruation cramps. I thought nothing of it at first because it was dull and I thought I may have pulled my back out doing something, but couldn’t think of anything that would’ve hurt my back. I decided to make an appt at my PCPs office but they were closed. So I went to an urgent care instead. They took a urine sample and got results that I had a UTI and that’s why my back hurt. They prescribed me Macrobid but within 2 days of being on that the doctor from urgent care called me and told me the bacteria in my urine needed a stronger antibiotic. So they switched me to Keflix.. I have been taking the medicine correctly 3 times a day for 7 days. Between all of this I went to my PCP office 3 times to be rechecked because I have been in pretty intense pain now for almost 2 weeks.. So last night I made an appt again at the PCP because I started bleeding and thought it was coming from my urethra from the UTI.. She gave me an internal exam and noticed that I am bleeding heavy from my vagina not my urethra… The doctor literally could only say two things to me…. Either I’m pregnant with an ectopic pregnancy or the antibiotics started another period. She made a referral for me to go get an ultrasound.. but it isn’t for another week . After I was rechecked at my pcps office and got that news, I was nervous because I have all these symptoms and no one can help me! The pain radiated to the front of my pelvic area and in my abdomen. I made another decision to go to Women & Infants Hospital in a providence RI, where I delivered my two children years ago. Now they tested me for everything with blood vials, an internal & external exam.. AND ONCE AGAIN all tests were negative and they sent me home with paperwork that said “UNCERTAIN PELVIC PAIN” …

Like what do I do?! I am in pain that feels like back labor and I’m still bleeding and pain is now in my uterus and abdomen.. I really think I need a cat scan done. And I have to wait a week for an ultrasound. I believe that there is probably not a pregnancy since my beta levels were checked and so wasn’t my urine for pregnancy. I am just so fed up and don’t know what else to do!! Has anyone ever been through this? And can you have an ectopic without a positive pregnancy test? I’m so confused and nervous I really need suggestions and thoughts!
