Missed miscarriage

I took a pregnancy test at 11 dpo. Positive enough to where I didn’t need to post It in a faint line group. Well I was having some cramps, went to the er where I learned that my hcg levels were 46 which means “I’m threatening a miscarriage Because I’m suppose to be at 50+ now . Has this happened to anyone else and everything was okay ? AF due Tuesday
