I am wondering what I should do while giving head to make it amazing for him. What should I do with the balls? Also should I be doing anything different than just sucking his thing like normal?

Try stroking and sucking at the same time. You can even use a twisting motion with your hands as you suck. With the balls rubbing in a circular motion always works for my guy BUT if all else fails simply ask him what would make it better for him.
