Early ovulation lead to healthy pregnancy?

I normally ovulate on day 12. This month I am ovulating on day 10. We have been ttc for a year now and I am on Duphaston from day 11-25

The timing of ovulation doesn’t matter long as your luteal phase is 10-15(or more)days after.
