Thyroid test help??

Question

I recently had a blood test because I thought I might have hypothyroidism as I match pretty much every symptom of it but the blood test has come back as satisfactory? What does that mean like close to being under active or it is completely normal? Thinking of paying for a private test as apparently they do a more thorough thyroid test?

Satisfactory would mean normal. As far is the question of if it is close to abnormal or not, you’d need to ask your doctor about your specific numbers

Change what you eat as well. I watch a lot of videos/ticktoks about eating certain foods and avoiding others that really helped my autoimmune condition which affected my thyroid. Pills only help the half way, we can help the other half. It helped me with my anxiety, energy and other symptoms. Not sure yours specifically but it should help 💕
You body always knows, don’t take no for an answer or wait till it comes crashing down.

I would encourage you to get regular testing. My mom has it and your levels can change at different times. She had to “catch” it. It took a while but now on meds 👍
