When can you bath after vaginal birth?

I’m 5 weeks pp and forgot to ask my doctor today so just wondered when others were advised they can bathe after birth. I mean the kind of bath where u sit and soak for an hour lol. Is it safe at this stage?

I did right after because I didn't need stitches I enjoyed soaking in the tub in hospital because we only have a shower 😂
