How do I not feel guilty when I’m jealous a friend announced their pregnancy?

My husband and I have a friend group with 3 other couples. We were the first to get married two years ago and since then one couple has gotten married and the others should be getting engaged (hopefully) soon. I had a positive test this past September but sadly lost the baby. One of the other couples in our group just announced they are pregnant and are expecting the same month my baby would’ve been due. How do I not feel jealous? I want to be happy for them but my heart just wont let me.
