Tonight has been a wurlwind with breastfeeding. Tears from mumm but a happy baby.

We have to do top up formulas, because she's not gaining weight. But now I feel like she prefers formula to breastmilk. I fed her on breast but all evening she's been pushing my boobs away. Won't latch on properly and when she does, doesn't really take much milk and keeps stopping and crying, I have burped her, changed her, but nothing worked till that bottle went into her mouth🤦🏼‍♀️

Is this a sign that she wants formula now? As she was so content and happy and instantly took to the bottle.

I know that bottles are easier to drink from than breast, but we haven't had this issue till today and she's been having top ups for nearly a week...

Breaks my heart if we will be stopping BF😅 I'm gonna persist for as long as we can but I feel with the way she acts booby milk is not on her menu anymore 🤣
