So this has been happening since this afternoon 🤮 is this a piece of mucus plug??

Eww it grossed me out 😂 I’ll be 34 weeks on thanksgiving and very high risk. I wonder if this is baby girl getting ready to make her appearance? I know you can lose your mucus plug weeks before but we’ve also had irregular contractions off and on the last 2 days
