So basically, my 3 year old has been sick since last Monday, Monday night she looked tired and got a fever for a day and a half and then it was gone, she’s been sleepy, loss of appetite, face congestion, now she’s starting having a runny nose. Two days ago she mentioned once about ear pain. So I’m gonna get her checked that. But then today I noticed her tongue looked odd, I don’t really remember it looking this way but it reminded me of strawberry tongue and I freaked out. She takes naps suddenly again but she’s been alert and eating and drinking well today, not dehydrated either. But what would cause a strawberry tongue? I’m super freaked out, otherwise she is fine.
