donated plasma while pregnant

i donated plasma twice last week and i just found out i’m pregnant. im not sure what happens now ? my periods usually irregular so i didn’t even think about it, i took a test before my appointment and it was negative but im assuming it was just too early ? im scared because they always tell you you can’t donate if you’re pregnant
