I went for my first ultrasound today (6 weeks 0 day) and it went so good. The ultrasound tech was awesome and was showing me everything and we even saw a heartbeat according to her! She said everything looked awesome yada yada yada and I’m going back in two weeks for a re check cause little bean is so tiny. Then I got my test results back from the dr who viewed the images and it said no yolk sack. The tech showed me a fetal pole gestational sack and a yolk sack.. or so I thought so now I’m sick to my stomach.. has anyone else been through this..? And I’ve been lightly spotting all day today especially after the transnational ultrasound. Any hope?
