Have you found LH strips or devices like Kegg/Ovusense to accurately show your ovulation?

Hi all! I just had my first meeting with an endocrinologist after being diagnosed in March. I have insulin resistance and have just recently gotten my periods back. I want to know if I am ovulating in between so I have been using LH strips but so far have only seen low levels.

The endocrinologist told me today that I shouldn't bother buying an Ovusense, kegg, or even bother using the strips because the only way I will be able to predict and confirm ovulation as someone with PCOS is to do an ultrasound.

I have not heard this is the case in the past so I'd appreciate it if you would share your experience in the poll above or in the comments!
