I used to be on mirena. I got the mirena taken out and switched to oral pills because my husband and I are planning to start trying to get pregnant. I have have been on the pill for almost 4 weeks. I should have started my period by now because this week is the placebo pills. I still haven’t started my period. I am supposed to start my next 4 week cycle of birth control pills but I don’t know if I should start taking the next month yet because I haven’t started bleeding. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. But I’m just not sure what to do.
