My boyfriend of 3 years doesn’t want to move out of his parents house he is 25 and I’m 19 we have tried multiple times to move out and we get to the last steps of putting the deposit down and he pulls out ( this has happened at least 3 times now) he makes me look like an idiot is he scared of committing do i need to let him go?

He has also said things to me like I would prefer to spend all my money on cars/ clothes etc please can someone give me advice!
