Paraguard question

I've had my paraguard for almost 2 years (in march). All of a sudden, the last 2 months my periods have gotten super light. I went from bleeding so heavy that I would bleed through a tampon in 30 minutes to not bleeding very much at all? It seems like old blood as well, as it's slightly a brown color. Me and my fiance have unprotected sex and i have an appointment December 16th to get it removed and get started on something else (it was the closest available appointment, I made the appointment in may 🙃) just wondering if anybody else has had this happen to them? I mean I was seriously bleeding and cramping a lot for the past almost 2 years. Could it have moved? Could I be pregnant? Just need some advice before my appointment
