Personally I wouldn’t as there is still a tiny amount of alcohol in some of these beers, legally if there’s less than 0.5% they can call them non alcohol beers. That means for every non alcoholic beer you drink, you’re consuming 2.2 grams or 0.28 units per beer. 
Check the label to ensure it is actually 0.0% before drinking as some are genuinely alcohol free but the popular beers cook the alcohol out of them which doesn’t equate to alcohol free.
