I have been having symptoms of nausea, headaches tiredness the nausea is so bad! I’ve not felt like this at all before my period!

the past few days since around weekend. I am 10dpo. I have had on and off pink discharge, it stopped and then had some again today and now it’s gone brown this evening I took a test this afternoon and thought it looked positive but maybe just a false positive. I got some cramping tonight then not long after brown discharge I wondered if any of you had experience brown discharge after getting positive or maybe it’s just my period.
