When did you go into labor after dilating to 1?

35 weeks and baby is 7 lbs 5 oz on ultrasound, then got checked at 35.5 weeks and am dilated to 1!

I walked around at 4cm for 3 weeks with my third 😂😂 then my fourth I was only 1cm and I had him that night. Dilation means nothing . Honestly pointless to get cervix checked because it just raises risk of infection and no matter how thinned or dilated you are, could be hours or could be weeks. Hope that helps!!

I walked around for 2 weeks at 4cm and even after I was induced, I sat at 4cm for 12 hours.

I was 1cm from 36 weeks until 40 weeks when I got induced. Nothing changed until I was given pitocin.
