Rotating carseats

Question

*I'm located in the US*
Does anyone have either the Evenflo Revolve 360, the Graco Turn to Me, or the Baby Jogger City Turn carseats?  I'm really leaning towards the Evenflo, but wanted some real time opinions from those that currently have any of them.

I LOVE our Evenflo!  We bought 4 of them!!  We have 2 big cars and a small car (we put them in our SUVs).  I went as far as ordering a new car to replace my Tahoe because it was so difficult getting them in and out, but now I don’t even care that much about switching vehicles since the car seats make it so easy!

I would avoid both evenflo and Graco as they only rare face till 40lbs. For most kids that's way way to early to front face. 
Is there a specific reason you want it to swirl? We hardly used the function after he could climb himself, and before that it was easy to just put him in.
