I am confuse

I have been having this discharge and it’s more of a gummy feeling at 8DPO up until I was bleeding which started yesterday and I have been having weird symptoms that I have never experienced before like clear milky discharge from my breast constant constipation etc I am confused. I did take two pregnancy test but both came back negative
