What are some baby must haves for moms who live in hot climates?

I live in SW Florida and it's freakin' hot here!!! We keep our AC running year round at 75-78 all day. I'm in the process of collecting clothing and taking advantage of the after Christmas sales for my twins whom I'm expecting in April. I feel like some of these clothes are just too hot for babies to wear in Florida, even in the winter!! What did your babies wear? What are some other must haves for babies who live in hotter climates? I have been just buying onesies. Should I buy pants? PJs? Any other recommendations? I'm clueless.

Swim diapers and onesies + breathable hats and sandals! Thats all my spring and summer babies wore. We live in St. Pete, Fl.

We are in FL, I like the muslin sleep sacks because they're so much lighter than the thick ones.

I'm in AZ, we did long sleeved onsies and socks for brand new baby and "winter" time and just had a small handful of pants for colder days and mosquito days. 
It's not clothing but for sure stock up on Muslin blankets! They are so so light and airy and your baby still gets to cuddle without breaking into a sweat! Nice to use as a cover when you breastfeed too they are usually pretty big.

Definitely car window covers lol. Babies usually hate the bright sun getting in their eyes and it can help keep the heat off of them in the car

Live in SWFL too. This is our second. For our first whatever we wore so did she. She mostly had onsies with shorts. Most of the time babies are over dressed not under dressed. We also kept the sleepers as light weight and without feet (they last longer and you can chose socks or no socks depending on temp).

I live in one of the hottest places in South Africa. With my first born we would just dress him in vests and when he got older he would just run around in shorts.

Muslin blankets are a MUST. 
My 16mo old is an August baby and those were our go to for everything. Light, breathable and so versatile.
