Implantation cramps?

I woke up this morning in pain. Felt like period cramps but a bit too early for my period. Could it be implantation cramps?

I had my implantation cramps around my period time. So I didn’t realise I was pregnant till the next month. 
It could be all sorts of things but what I just realised that I have (since I stopped the pill) is ovulation cramp. A couple of days before ovulation it hurts like period cramps

I did lot feel them but I spotted. Also we are cycle buddies!

I always had my implantaion cramps around the time of my periods and if still AF didn't show up in 4-5 days my pregnancy was confirmed on tests.

Maybe? But could also be a lot of other things. I wouldn't jump to conclusions, personally.
