Vitex while TTC?

Has anyone tried Vitex? Did it help you conceive? If so, when did you take the vitex during your cycle?

I have PCOS, for me personally it made things worse and it completely stopped my periods for ages!

I do not recommend this at all! Cycles where 200’days! Needed a lumbar puncture due to major headaches from it and make it worse it took another 6 months after stopping it to actually ovulate

I tried taking vitex twice for 3-6 months each time. It didn’t help me any, but I know it has helped others.
