So had spotting and they told me it’s an impending miscarriage after an ultrasound which I have a follow up ultrasound with my OBGYN . Should I be worried they didn’t decent a heartbeat or see one at 5 weeks and 6 days? Like I’m such a worry bug but my significant other said to stay calm and he is with me the whole way and if there isn’t one we will try for one once I’m ready. This wasn’t planned at all it kinda happened and stuff. I have always wanted to be a mom.
