Ectopic or miscarriage

Hi I’m not sure if I had an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage. I was about 5 weeks 4 days and last night began period like cramps and bleeding with a little bit of clotting here and there that continued into today. The two things that make me wonder about ectopic pregnancy are that since I found out I was pregnant I felt a pressure on my left side in one area near my hip, like the same discomfort I would feel when ovulating. And last night when I was having the period like cramps i felt more of an intense pressure in that same area. I guess you can compare it to when you get a runners cramp in your side. All along since finding out I was pregnant I also felt a bloated feeling in my whole abdomen that felt like a pressure, and since the bleeding began that pressure and bloating has stopped. I am waiting to see the dr tomorrow morning because they are closed today, she said go to ER if I have any intense pain though .
