I found out I was pregnant yesterday but I was having mild cramps every now and then for the first week before I found out. Today my cramps have been mild but they've been going all day and they stop for a little but the longest so far is 45mins which is the now. I've looked it up and it said they cramps should only last a few minutes to a few hours. My auntie has said it's probably nothing but of anyone coukd give me any other advice it would be good😰
