This is not period related ladies but I am just so anxious for some answers and unsure where to post this. Since the day before yesterday out of nowhere i started feeling sharp pain in both nipples while i was laying on my stomach. The right one hurts more then the left one. When i touch my right nipple gently pushing in it feels like a small ball like a glan? It hurts when i touch it. Is this anything to be too concerned about? Plz help

I will call my ob about this tomorrow but I would also love some input before bed to help calm my nerves because I suffer severe anxiety. Im praying its nothing too severe. My sister says it might be cystic fibrosis ? Please help me figure out what this would be. I just also passed ovulation thank you.
