Being verbally abused by him?
So yesterday we gathered up with my side of the family for Thanksgiving dinner. My partner ( We live together, have a daughter together, but not married) usually does not go out or goes out with me to parties or anything like that. Anyways, yesterday he decided to go with me to my family’s party. My fam loves to party hard LOL. Yesterday everyone was drinking having fun!! and my partner was also drinking ( He drinks probably twice a year and that’s it) we were all having an amazing time. But then it became very late, it was already like 2 am and our daughter and i were very tired already and i had noticed that he had gone to one of the bedrooms, so i decided to go look for him so we could leave home. He was half asleep, so i tried waking him up and i told h that we were very sleepy and that we should head home. He woke up and told me that he was going to stay because he was sleepy. So i asked multiple times again if he was 100% sure that he wanted to stay. Our aunt who hosted the dinner only lives about 10 mins away from us in car. So i told him that if he was sure, to call me next day so i could pick him up. So i decided to leave and before heading out i called him again and asked him if he was SURE and he said that he would stay. So i headed out and got home, once i got home he called me to pick him up, i told him that i couldnt because i was already home and it was raining so i couldnt take our daughter out in the rain. He didnt answer me.. then half an hour later he gets home and starts going off on me saying that i was “crazy, that i was a stupid bitch” and many many ugly things. I didnt respond to his abusive words to not make things worse.. He stayed in the living room and in the morning when i woke up i had a ring notification and he had. left already and he flicked me off… and now he hasn’t been home at all, hasnt called our anything. We’re both young im 23 and he’s 24. I honestly want to leave, get myself out of this toxic place, but it seems like i can’t. Having a daughter together has made me feel like i cant leave him at all…
