How often should I BD??

First period after coming off the pill so I’m ready to start my ttc journey! But how often should we have sex?? Only in the fertile week or every other day? Or as much as possible? When is the best?

I BD 2 days before and on the day and 2-3 days after in case if I ovulate late and got pregnant.

The best days to conceive are the 2-3 days before and the day of ovulation. I recommend tracking your ovulation with opks and bbt so you actually know and can time accordingly! Don’t rely on the apps to predict ovulation as they can be very wrong.
