What would cause bleeding beside miscarriage?

Question

I’m currently at the ER for bleeding at 7 week’s pregnant. I’m not miscarrying-babies HR is 127. Ultrasound report looks great, my WBC is a little high but other than that everything is fine. So what else would cause bleeding? 
Please share your stories if you’ve ever been through something like this

Otherwise sometimes there’s just spotting/bleeding for literally no reason. Frustrating

Haven't experienced it myself but I have heard that you can continue to have light bleeding during pregnancy, and it can be caused by something as simple as hormonal changes

Subchorionic hematoma or cervical irritation (if it’s just a little).

SCH! I just had this. I was put on pelvic rest til it cleared up. Mine took 3 weeks to disappear.
