Is rockmelon all right to eat in pregnancy?

I ate rock melon, but now after i ate it i googled it which says we shouldn’t eat rock melon. 
Any suggestion ?

The surface of rockmelons can become contaminated with bacteria such as Listeria by dirty water, direct contact with organic fertilisers, pests or animals in the field, or if they are not properly washed before sale. There was a listeria outbreak from Rockmelon. The risk is low, and I am sure that you will be fine. It is just a food type to avoid, the same as deli meat etc.
