Those with tile floors and an active toddler- please help

How the eff do you protect your baby from falls? Our LO has hit his head numerous times (a couple really badly) and I’m going nuts. I can’t always watch him ALL DAY, I have chores to do and bam he falls and hits his head because he tripped. Help please. We have been moving into this new house with tile so that’s why I don’t know how to navigate it. I feel like he would trip on a rug or the rug would slide etc etc. I’m going crazy and worried about long term brain damage
