Me and my step son's bio mom don't really get along and our relationship REALLY got Shakey when she called my husband yelling about their son googling "Is it okay to like my step mom better than my real mom". That caused a LOT of issues. That happened 7 months ago. Step son is 15 btw. I was cooking dinner and asked him to hand me the other bottle of cranola oil and he said "Ok.... Mom". It caught me off guard and he wasn't looking up at me. I asked my husband how he wanted to go about it especially with bio mom and he said our son is old enough to decide for himself and he or sees me as a mom because of something he went through way back in March that I was there for him for. I am honestly happy he sees me as a mom.... But... Also terrified of what will happen if this gets back to bio mom.
