Finally pregnant! I am 5 weeks and 6 days. I have a 11 year old and a 4 year old twins from clomid. This pregnancy I was with clomid again day 3-7 100mgs of clomid. Same days and mgs with my 4 year old twins. What is the chances of this being twins again? I do ovulate on my own every month. I have my first ob appointment today. My 1st HCG check was 199 two days later they was 575.
