I’m curious to see if anyone has had any success in my predicament. Currently TTC following a miscarriage in June, which was also my first pregnancy. My partner and I are currently living 5 hours away from each other. We had sex early this AM, my test said Lh was high, and now currently at peak. My partner left today and won’t see him again for about a month.

I’m curious as to if anyone has had success falling pregnant I guess with one shot in the fertile window, particularly right before peak Lh? I know not to get my hopes up, but I guess just quietly hopeful. X
